I was told they could not line the front end up because the bolts for the upper control arms were seized. Gave me a quote for over 1100 dollars. I sprayed Kroil on the bolts and took the truck to a reputable front end garage and he lined my truck up for 110 dollars. I think you need to teach them how to use penetrating oil and not try to scam a woman who might not know better than what they were telling. My truck isn't even rusty underneath.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the charges were the same as the estimate. No surprises. Excellent!
