Always have a good experience with this dealership! They are always responsive and take care of the requests for maintenance.

Get test experience but forgot to wash the car. Had to wait for that and had to hurry back to work as I picked it up on my lunch hour.

Great customer service

It went very well. Keith and Rod were fair. Theresa was able to drive away in a new Equinox the same day. Keith made the experience worthwhile!

Nothing personable; and as platinum member I had higher expectations. I asked if vehicle could be picked up as it was part of our platinum service and was told no. I expected a car wash as that was to be included in platinum package but conveniently the car wash was broken. I’ve worked recently with another local dealership and didn’t even purchase a car from there and received HIGHER level of service so my expectations was higher.

We got there at 9 am Kira came up to us and I knew this girl knew her stuff and would make this seamless and that she did we was in our brand new car and eating lunch around 11. She sat with us and taught us about our knew car she was so extremely professional. I pray when I get another new car she is there still so we can buy from her again! 100/10 experience!
